Our Commitment To You, the Real Traveller™
Whether it’s sitting silently at night deep in the Lao rainforest with our Akha guide, or trekking through the stunningly beautiful canyons of Mexico, or paddling with Orca whales in the San Juan Islands, or watching the sunset over the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu
We are constantly reminded of the responsibility that goes hand in hand with the privilege of adventure travel. Every time we design a travel program, we revisit our mission of promoting an ethic of care with respect to the landscapes and cultures we interact with. We are committed to traveling in small groups, to employing and teaching appropriate conservation practices and to financially supporting local economies and environmental efforts. Because we are interested in doing things “better” rather than “bigger,” we offer only a few programs each year to the diverse cultures we meet, we nurture our friendship with every person who travels with us. We share in your dream of traveling to remote, exotic and exquisite places and to connecting in authentic ways with other peoples of the world. We look forward to creating the richest, most rewarding adventure possible!

HEAR FROM OUR CUSTOMERS
“We didn’t just see the amazing sights from a distance as observers, but with all the hiking we actually experienced the landscape first-hand and participated in a wonderful adventure. I am very happy and pleased to have been a part of this fun and educational adventure.”
